Har'g Nov. 19t 63 [?]

Dear Callie,

This morning I enclosed you $25 and put the letter in the mail. I just heard Fanny Berghaus (1) was married to Captain McConkey (2) at 9 last night. Nobody present. All the friends, I think, opposed except her mother. Mary Orth Seiler (3) just told me. I would like to know at what hours you get your meals and what you get to eat.

Yours,
HA
